Sunshine Disposal Service was started by Jan and Holly Christensen in 1999. Holly began learning the business at age 16 when working for her father, Dale Atkinson, at Cass County Disposal. “That’s where I met Jan. He started to work for Dad in 1979,” Holly said. The couple were married in 1983 and when that business was sold, they decided to form their own company just a few years later. This family-owned and operated business is proud to offer 20, 30 and 40 yard roll-off container service. Containers are available for businesses, construction, demolition, roofing, industrial or large residential clean up projects. With 30 years of experience in professional waste management, Sunshine gives personalized attention and accountability to every customer. They provide fast, responsive service as well as emergency and priority dispatch. Waste management may not be the most glamorous of businesses, but it is certainly vital to the health, cleanliness and appearance of a town.
