Burnt District Festival

Thank you to everyone for making the 2011 Burnt District Festival a huge success!

We are already looking forward to a great festival on the Historic Harrisonville Square again in 2012. We will see you on the square October 5th & 6th 2012.

We are working on details now. We would like to make you aware the Parade time has been moved back to 11:00am on Saturday.

2011 Info:

Festival Hours: Friday 5pm-midnight Saturday 9am-midnight

Vendor Hours: Friday 5pm-8pm Saturday 9am-8pm

There will be a Carnival, Business Expo, Food Vendors, Art & Craft Vendors, Children's Activities, Entertainment on the north side of the Square all day on Saturday, and live Entertainment in the Beer Garden, also, a Parade and Car Show on Saturday.

Food Vendor Information & Registration Form - The Chamber offers this event to local organizations for their fundraising benefit. We are not open to professional food vendors.

Art and Craft Vendor Information & Registration Form - This is for vendors that personally make their product. Not for those that purchase crafts and resell that falls under Business Expo.

Entertainment Information & Registration Form - Entertainers that are willing to donate their talent

Business Expo Information & Registration Form - We already have a Scentsy Dealer. This includes Direct Marketing Businesses and all businesses wanting an opportunity to expose their goods and services.
