4th Annual Cass County BBQ Square Off

AMATEUR BBQ CONTEST

This part of the event has been canceled for 2011 but we will be working through out the year to add it for 2012.

Check-in time will be Friday from 12:00pm-7:00pm.

Each category will be judged on presentation, taste, tenderness and flavor.

The top 3 winners of each category will be awarded in cash, plaque or ribbon.

The team that is determined to be the Grand Champion will be awarded a cash prize and/or trophy.
