I the undersigned, intending to be legally bond, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Harrisonville Sunrise Lions Club, City of Harrisonville, the Kansas City BBQ Society, and their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Cass County BBQ Square Off and the KCBS.
